Access Funding Scheme for High-end TV Deaf, Disabled & Neurodivergent Crew 2026

Following the success of their 2024/25 bursary scheme, TripleC is running a second bursary funding scheme for deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent (DDN) crew on behalf of ScreenSkills supported by the ScreenSkills High-end TV Skills Fund with contributions from UK high-end TV productions. The application deadline is January 16 2026.

Who it's for

Deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent off-screen freelance crew currently working in or aiming to return to working in high-end TV (HETV). This includes writers, directors and producers.

Leadership and Management training 

This is for heads of department and managers in high-end TV production, post and VFX who are increasingly required to run larger teams and manage staff so this course has been designed to help them to get the best from their teams and help them address underperformance or bad behaviour.

The guiding principles of departmental budgeting in high-end TV and film

The guiding principles of departmental budgeting course will be delivered online as a mixture of live sessions interspersed with on-demand learning.  The entire course is designed to provide High-end TV and film professionals the skills and confidence to prepare departmental budgets, so that productions have access to a highly skilled workforce

This course is open to HETV and film professionals who:

  • have three years’+ experience in HETV or film

  • work in art, costume, hair & make-up, locations or AD departments

  • are a craft/technical co-ordinator. 3rd AD or a head of department

  • lack experience and/or confidence in budgeting

  • would like to develop their skills and learn how to put together a departmental budget; that can be backed up with credible and consistent assumptions
