"At ReelTime Media we are thrilled to see the practice of job-sharing gaining momentum in HETV drama, thanks to the success of the ScreenSkills Job-sharing programme and now with Warner Brothers CrewHQ creating their own job-sharing programme.
We have now placed a number of successful job-sharing 2nd AD pairs and the feedback has been fantastic with Line Producers commenting on the way job-sharing allowed them to access the knowledge of two experienced 2nds that were rested and able to work at the top of their game. We are excited to see the practice become more normalised for ADs as a way of retaining experienced and diverse AD talent".
